Here I am in Pittsburgh at Quilt Market for the first time ever. To say I’m excited is a wee bit of an understatement.
Sometimes by Step – Rich Mullins came to mind as I reflected. It’s fascinating thinking about faith and quilting and how I teach. It’s all about the steps and being on the journey and listening for how God is speaking to me, what is the path He is leading and how do I remain faithful to that. I’m grateful for this path.
Faith-wise it’s about listening, being open, letting go.Quilt-wise it’s about the same things.
And Whatever fills my heart, a deep sense of gratitude and home.
A deep sense of Home.
